Absolutely NO Consultation FEES!

It is very important to me to connect with the bride and groom. Whether it is a short phone call or scheduled meeting, I want to make sure I can take their vision for the big day and research options that are the right fit!

 

Do you want to get married during sunset, in a gazebo covered in floral decor, right off the ocean? Maybe have your reception on a Sky Deck, with a live band, overlooking the entire resort and miles of white sand and blue water? Whatever my bride and groom are thinking...I want to hear it! 

Ceremony Date & Location

"As your Wedding Travel Planner, I will act as a liaison between you and the resort for the entire process."

After connecting, I will recommend a list of resorts that are personalized to their style, budget, and desired locations. Once a resort is chosen, I will correspond with the resort's onsite wedding coordinators to arrange your wedding date, ceremony time, and perfect ceremony/reception locations.

Group Coordination

If the wedding group size is applicable, I will contact our special groups wholesaler to get the best rates available for your guests. With a group contract, we will secure a block of rooms, including amenities for the bride and groom that are offered through the hotel.

The group contract allows your guests to pay a minimum deposit to hold their room choice and will guarantee their room reservation to attend your wedding! The final payment varies and will be discussed at the initial introduction of the contract.

"Save The Date" & Wedding Website

In order to share the pricing with your guests, I will put together a "Save the Date" email (with the couple's approval of course!) that will give guests the resources and information needed to book their trip. Accompanying the "Save the Date" will the couple's own PERSONAL WEDDING WEBSITE. This website will allow your guests to book their room and transportation with ease. 

Wedding & Travel Coordination

Our communication and organization throughout the entire process is what makes for a stress-free and enjoyable destination wedding... so I make sure to have a password protected, "live-time" RSVP spreadsheet available to my wedding couples and whomever they would like to share it with. This spreadsheet will also be shared with the onsite wedding coordinator, so she can help the bride and groom build the wedding package to accommodate the guests who RSVP.
